The Huddle's Pick: Mike Nash

Mr. Nash's involvement and passion for Observer training and growth, combined with his drive for increased rules knowledge, struck home with us. His colleagues say that he is thoughtful and open-minded...if the UPA is to experiment with the competition model, it will be through Board members like Mike. He has experience, connections, and a good platform.

It is worth noting: by all accounts, John Terry's energy and communication would make him an excellent Board member. He may well do so in the future, and we trust that he will continue to contribute to the community as he has for years. In a race between two good candidates, we are picking the one the with more experience and specific development achievements. We hope Mr. Terry will join Mr. Nash on the board someday.
